Mir Telecom Ltd. is the flagship telecom operator of Mir Group of Companies, one of the leading conglomerates of Bangladesh. It is the first International Gateway Operator (IGW) of Bangladesh and came into operation on 21st August, 2008 after being awarded the International Gateway License by Bangladesh Telecom Regulatory Commission through a competitive auction in February 2008. The company offers 100% CLI termination and origination of Bangladesh traffic and also for other destinations around the world. Currently the company has direct bilateral interconnection with 229 major incumbent, Tier1 and Tier2 operators and calling card companies in Asia, Europe and North America.
